2006–2026: 20 years of progress
Founded
The company was established and began operating the Maanit brown-coal deposit.
Plant opened
The heating plant was officially commissioned on 2007.01.01.
Main line renewal
The district heating main line was fully replaced, consolidating 6 heat sources into 3.
Mandal Khuder founded
The Khuvbulag coal mine was opened and the subsidiary Mandal Khuder was established.
Engineering renewal
Substations, transformers, pumps, a central main line, and a new SZL-7.0 MW boiler were built.
Altain Gerelt Orgoo
A subsidiary was established to support seasonal employment for staff.
Apartment district heating
District heating and plate-boiler systems were introduced for the 1,000-unit "Solongo" complex.
HS-4 commissioned
An old boiler building was renovated into a 4th heat source serving a defined part of the city.
Ongoing modernization
Annual investment in network upgrades, heat sources, and technical maintenance.
