Who sets the tariff
In Mongolia, the tariff for heat energy is set by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
The current legal basis
ERC Resolution No. 27, dated February 5, 2025, approved the tariff for Mandal Golomt LLC's customers in Yesunbulag sum. Effective January 1, 2026.
